The 4 district have got a total population of about 1,351,607 people whereas   about 64% of the population are   women and young girls.

We currently implement our projects in 4 districts of Mwanza region of Northern Tanzania. The 4 district we work are Misungwi, Sengerema, Nyamagana and  Ilemela.  While Misungwi and sengerema has rural characteristics, Nyamagana and Ilemela posses Semi-urban characteristics.
